Faulty Items
In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please contact us first (tel: 01780 740115) and we will advise either to photograph the faulty item or return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept any goods unless they have been cleaned thoroughly. We will refund or exchange faulty items and also refund your postage costs.
