Cancelling an Order
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order for camping products and goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after goods are delivered (received).
Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within the 7 working day period and we will refund your purchase by crediting the original credit/debit card used.
Please return the goods to us as soon as possible within this 7 day period. Where possible, please use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which is probably the most cost effective method for you. Please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return.

If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.
International Returns
If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.
